this is the  cutting machine to cut the
big sheet glass into a small and long rectangular piece

there are 12 lines in this factory
some of them are old line with labor to
get off the scrap
while most of them are using the automation line

this is the SS ring workshop

the laser machine to cut and weld the ring automatic

polish area
to have high quality level , it needs  lots of
Skillful polishing workers.

the worker must be well trained to operate the machine
to work  as fast as possible .

this is the injection machines to make the glass with silicone ring
there are 2 process now
one is by liquid silicone
the other is  is by solid silicone

about  $10 million turnover , it needs not only a good boss , but also a good team
and for sure it must update the machinery and technology in time
