This Equipment is an electric and mechanical integrated high-tech product controlled by microcomputer, and it is mainly consists of three parts:
1)Heating power source
2)Heating machine
3)Water cooling system
One、Technical parameters of Heating power source:
The power source using the advanced solid state high frequency technology, mainly consists of step-down transformer, rectifier bridge, flat wave filter,inverter bridge, tank capacitance etc.
1) Step-down transformer: three phase dry self-cooling, the primary voltage 380V± 20V, Frequency 50HZ ±1HZ, the secondary voltage 200V, capacity 150KVA;
2)rectifier bridge:the three-phase full controlled rectifier bridge, which is composed of six thyristor (KP300), the highest voltage 250V and the rated current 500A;
3) flat wave filter: the flat wave using water cooling reactance, the rated current is 500A, 2.3mH; the filter wave using LC series resonant mode, which can effectively remove the 300HZ harmonics.
4) inverter part using America International Rectifier company(IR) high power MOSFET (IRFP460) composed of inverter module, 3 pairs (one pair including one positive and one negative), each module can output above70 KW , three pairs can output above 200KW; rated frequency is about 200KHZ.
5) tank capacitance: using the domestic most high quality water cooled thin film high frequency capacitance.
6) the control circuit uses the 89S51 microcomputer and the large-scale integrated circuit produced by American ATMEL company;
1) main technical parameters and performance:
Incoming power supply:three-phase 380V±20V, 50HZ±1HZ.
Rectification method: three phase full controlled bridge rectifier .

Control loop: rectifying part, inverter part, American single chip microcomputer (MC89C51) and digital integrated circuit.

Two、heating machine technical parameters:
Mainly consists of turntable, protractor, induction head, electric motor, pneumatic cylinder and its components etc..
1) aluminum turntable: mounted on 6 workpiece support shaft (4 for top heating, 2 for take and place the workpiece);
2) protractor: six, each time rotating angle 60 degrees, each rotation time is less than one seconds.
3) induction head: 4 induction heads, heated cookware bottom diameter is 100 - 320mm. Heating method: manual / automatic, under the automatic method, the rising, heating, decline and rotation automatic continuous operation, heating time setting by the operator.
4) the cylinder: 4 cylinders, the customer should prepare the gas source, the intake pressure 0.5-0.8MPa, every rise and fall time is less than 0.5 seconds.
5) working time: 4-12 pieces per minute (depending on the workpiece thickness, diameter, temperature)
2) equipment features:
Machine volume is small, the overall structure design is reasonable, flexible layout, convenient shop layout, greatly improve product output.
The equipment uses a rotary structure, the turntable uniform distribution 6 workpiece support head, the turntable each turn 60 degree angle; pneumatic fast up and down; four induction heads heating at the same time, each pot and pan will be uniform heated 4 times.
Three、Brief Induction of Cooling System:
The equipment adopts water-water cooling system, with external water (natural water) cooling internal water (pure water), internal water closed circulation cooling equipment.
1) internal water: the use of pure water, stainless steel water tank capacity:0.3m3; stainless steel multi-stage pump, outlet water pressure 5-7 kg, water flow 8 tons / hour.
2)external water: clean water and ordinary water, pressure 0.2~0.3Mpa, water temperature less than 35℃
3) protection: internal water have water pressure, water temperature, water flow and water level protection alarm indicator lights.
4) system using the soft water closed cycle, no scaling, not blocking the pipeline, good heat exchange effect. To ensure that the key parts will not be damaged by overheating, and extend the service life of the equipment
