Creating a sturdy frame. Selecting suitable steel, cutting according to the colander design, and the welder precisely controlling the current, voltage, and welding speed to

Steel ring forming

The semi-finished steel ring enters the forming process, and advanced equipment applies pressure and torque according to the program to bend it into the designed 

shape. Technicians monitor the forming status, measure key dimensions with measuring tools, and ensure accurate curvature and size of the steel ring.

Mesh and steel ring assembly, build a complete mesh basket. 

The workers will lay the mesh material flat on the steel ring and tightly fit it, firmly connecting it by riveting, fastening, or spot welding. Check the connection points to 

make the mesh and steel ring form a stable whole, and the mesh basket is preliminarily formed.

Welding of accessories such as handles or bases, enhancing practical experience

Choose the appropriate handle and base according to the purpose of the mesh basket, and workers can accurately weld them in the designated position. Pay attention to 

the welding angle, firmness, and base stability of the handle, strictly inspect, improve the basket function, and enhance practicality and user experience.
