1. Preparation stage
Material placement: Place the glass cover to be processed steadily on the glass cover tray, which is installed at the top of the spindle driven by a motor. After the motor is started, it drives pulley 2 to rotate, and pulley 2 drives pulley 1 to rotate through the belt, thereby causing the main shaft to drive the glass cover tray to rotate together.
Adjustment of Forming Assembly: Based on the specific size of the glass cover, using the principle of screw transmission, the left and right adjustable sliders are controlled to move horizontally, thereby achieving the left and right position adjustment of the first and second forming assemblies, ensuring that the forming assembly can accurately correspond to the processing part of the glass cover.
2. Molding stage
Vertical movement: The PLC controller controls the vertical adjustable cylinder action to make the forming assembly move up and down, gradually approaching the glass cover and preparing for subsequent forming operations.
Horizontal positioning and operation: The first forming assembly is equipped with two horizontal cylinders, which are respectively connected to the second and third wheels. Control the two horizontal cylinders through a PLC controller to achieve precise position adjustment and positioning operations for the second and third wheels on the first forming assembly. After adjustment, each wheel works together to form a T-shaped stainless steel ring on the edge of the glass cover. Through rotation, compression, and other actions, the stainless steel material gradually adheres to the edge of the glass cover, forming a T-shaped structure.
3. Completion phase
Return of Forming Assembly: After the T-shaped stainless steel ring is formed, the PLC controller controls the actions of Adjustable Cylinder 1 and Adjustable Cylinder 2 to raise and return the forming assembly to its initial position. At the same time, control the left and right adjustable sliders to move in the opposite direction, driving the first and second forming assemblies back to their starting positions for the next round of processing.
Finished product removal: The operator removes the formed glass cover with T-shaped stainless steel ring from the glass cover tray, completing one work cycle. Subsequently, a new glass cover can be inserted and the above process can be repeated to continue the production and processing of the T-shaped ring for the glass cover.
