After one year of hard work, MOSTRO team has made significant breakthroughs in the research and development of tri-ply steel bending technology. In the early stage of research and development, due to the high hardness of the three-layer steel material, it was extremely difficult to bend the edges. In the first stage, it can only bend a very short distance, and the bending effect is extremely poor, with severe wrinkling, which puts the research and development in a predicament. But we did not give up and continued to delve deeper into the research.

In the second stage, there has been significant progress in technology, with a bending distance of 17mm. However, new problems emerged one after another, with material delamination and wrinkling issues looming before our eyes. Faced with setbacks, the R&D team constantly tries new methods and strategies.

Finally, in the final stage, we successfully achieved a bending distance of 27mm and perfectly solved the problems of layering and wrinkling. Nowadays, this technology is mature and reliable, suitable for materials with different hardness and thickness below 3.0mm, and can achieve perfect bending effect.

From the results, the yield rate is as high as 98%, and the efficiency is also considerable. For example, for a product with a diameter of 20cm, each processing only takes about 48 seconds. Moreover, this machine is operated by CNC control and can store parameters for 100 different products, ensuring flexibility and accuracy. This technology not only improves the manufacturing level of pressure cookers, but also brings new development opportunities to the entire cookware industry. I believe that in the future, it will help more high-quality cookware enter thousands of households.
